Ward was born in MonroeLouisiana on April 151976. Ward attended an exclusive Christian primary school, called Monroe Christian School. She went to Ouachita High School to pursue her secondary education. However, she moved into River Oaks High School after the summer. After a short period of time, after graduation, she attended Northeast Louisiana University. Ward quit high school when she was thirteen years old and began modeling. Her acting career started after a few years afterward. In 1970she first appeared in an uncredited part in the soap-opera All My Children and was later cast in the short-lived NBC prime-time teen-drama Malibu Shores. The daytime soap Sunset Beach cast Ward as the female Meg Cummings in late 1996. The year 1999 saw Ward begin her acting career in films as Brittany Foster, the psychotic Brittany Foster of the erotic drama The In Crowd. The film failed to make a profit in the theater, however it had some commercial success with home-video and cable. Ward was a cameo on Shallow Hal - a smash movie the following year. The other roles she has played include several direct-to DVD films as well as appearances in television series, such as Friends.
